Shipping Origin

All Kelme B2B orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Spain. This allows us to maintain consistent stock control and ensure all partners receive authentic Kelme products straight from source.

Delivery Destinations

We currently ship to the UK and selected international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs clearance where applicable.

UK Delivery Charges

Delivery costs for UK orders are calculated based on the total order value (excluding VAT):

- Orders up to £250: £20 delivery charge

- Orders over £250: Free delivery

The applicable delivery charge will be clearly shown at checkout before your order is confirmed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times to the UK typically range from 10-14 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing, peak trading periods, or unforeseen courier delays.

Customs & Import Duties

As all orders ship from Spain, UK deliveries may be subject to customs clearance in line with current import regulations. All applicable customs duties and import charges are paid in full by Kelme and are not the responsibility of the customer. There will be no additional customs costs charged upon delivery.
